. From suffering to shining, to letting others shine. I have walked this path. The journey was long and hard. Sometimes unbearable. I invested a lot to get to where I am today: Energy, time, money. I practiced the inner game, meditated for several thousand hours, observed how the mind, body, and soul are connected, how my mind gets in the way, learned to free myself from the cage of my mind. It was worth it. I was blessed with little miracles and today love my life on a deeper level. The journey began with the decision “I will make the best of this situation“ and one day let me to my soul. The more I listen to it, the more wonderful my life becomes. That's how I turned the hardest time of my life into a gift. And you can do the same. ________________________________________ No one has experienced exactly what you are experiencing right now. So I will not claim to have gone through the same thing as you. (because of lyme disease) • Daily pain throughout my entire body, for long periods every single minute of the day. • Years in a wheelchair. For a long time, not even being able to eat, brush my teeth, or get dressed by myself. Not even being able to bear the rustle of a piece of paper. ... • Being unable to leave my apartment for two years, because every gust of wind was too much. • Being tied to a chair in the bedroom by a "pain straitjacket" for a year, not beeing able to talk a word, sitting in silence and almost motionless for hours on end, staring at the wall, alone with my thoughts, with no outlet for the inner emotional storms, without knowing if it could ever get better. ________________________________________ How you benefit from this in coaching?
